How to access your GP Practice

The way you access your GP is changing to ensure you get the best possible care safely and quickly. We only want people to attend the practice when they need to, in order to keep you and our staff safe from Coronavirus. This video explains how you can contact your GP practice and the different ways care will be delivered to keep you safe. Your general practice is here for you.

Welcome to Dukinfield Medical Practice Website

Dukinfield Medical Practice came into being during July 2016 when the Davaar Medical Centre joined up with the Hollies Medical Practice following the retirement of Dr J Procter.
We are one Practice, but still operate from two sites in Concord Way and on Birch Lane. The former site is where most of the GP consultations take place and the latter is where most of our nursing staff are based.

Dukinfield Medical Practice Mission Statement

“The Doctors, nurses and the whole team here at Dukinfield Medical Practice strive to deliver the highest quality health care. We are committed to looking after the health and wellbeing of the community.

We aim to treat you as we would like ourselves and our family to be treated when we are unwell or have medical concerns”

Teaching & Research

We are an approved training practice and have experienced doctors, as well as medical students attending the practice who may be present at your consultation. Should you prefer this not to be the case, simply inform reception.
