Below is a list of local mental health support for both adults and children. If you are struggling and you need more support please have a look at the links below. At the end of each section is advice on what to do if you are in a crisis.
Local Adult Mental Health Resources

If you have hurt yourself or taken an overdose and need urgent medical help call 999 or have a friend or relative take you to A&E.
