How to Check Your Results Online

Once a doctor has reviewed your test results, you can view them:

• • In your NHS Account through the NHS App here or NHS Website (https://www.nhs.uk/nhs-app/account/)
  • In your patient Access ( https://www.patientaccess.com/?source=patient-emis-access) account
  • Phone us on 01613436382 after 11am, selecting option 2
  • Visit us at the practice
