Christmas Celebrations

Dukinfield Medical Practice Christmas Party 2022

Dukinfield Medical achieved another post-lockdown milestone this December by inviting some of their patients as guests to a Christmas Party at Dukinfield Cricket Club.
The celebration was held on Wednesday 7th December from 12 noon and invitees were greeted with a glass of bubbly as they took their seats ready to be served the delights that were on offer.

For starters, the guests were served Tomato Soup with a Bread Roll and this was followed by a choice of Hot Pot or Cheese and Onion Pie that was kindly donated by Heyrod Food and Floral. For those that still had room for more, there were cakes and mince pies to finish off.

The party continued after lunch with Music, a Raffle, Bingo, plus entertainment from one of the guests, Peter Bickerton, who gave his own renditions of a few familiar Elvis songs.

Father Christmas also broke off from his busy schedule to make an appearance and to give out ‘goody bags’ to the guests as they left!

It’s safe to say that everyone thoroughly enjoyed the party and it was great to get back together again to celebrate Christmas. Here’s to next year.

Dukinfield Medical Practice would sincerely like to thank everyone who helped in making this year’s party the success it was, including members of the Health Champions and PPG, Dukinfield Cricket Club, Heyrod Food and Floral, Action Together and Stephen Gooderson.

Christmas Hampers

Thanks to our lovely community we are able to once again distribute Christmas Hampers to those who have been nominated to receive them.

Our Health Champions and PPG members will aim to make up around 50 hampers containing a wide collection of food and treats to hand out.

We’d like to express our thanks to those businesses and community members who have donated, to make this possible.
